Kathy Dales
Kathy has 30 years’ experience within adult education and training, delivering a wide range of Government and bespoke courses including Job Club.
She has a natural talent and passion for customer service. Whether working in groups or on a 1-to-1 basis, Kathy takes the time to get to know clients personally. This helps her to better understand clients’ skills and interests so she can point them in the right direction.
In her spare time, Kathy volunteers at a local food bank and kitchen and loves to help people move forward with their lives in a positive way wherever she can.
Qualifications:
Instructor Certificate in First Aid For Mental Health Level 3.
